The waitress said it was her fault and apologized but we still had all of our food served at the same time and some got cold. We waited a very long time for our food to arrive and when it did they brought the salad, soup and our entrees all at the same time. The service was very slow, slow to get menus, slow to get a new drink and slow to take our order. We had dinner in the dining room and sat in a booth. They have one of the waitresses cover the bar and while she was very nice she was never behind the bar and it took too long to get her attention. only people at the bar but the service was frustrating because they don'y have a dedicated bartender.
We were about 15 minutes early for our 7:00 reservation so we had a drink at the bar. We had dinner here last night and while the service was slow most of the food was very good and the portions were large. If you are looking for good service, do not come here! If your hungry and want food quickly, do not come here! These people should be ashamed of the service we experienced this evening. I feel the restaurant manager should have personally visited us and maybe comped our drinks or meal but they offered nothing. Being busy and filling all seats in the restaurant is the reason their in business! Not an excuse for lousy service. The server sited the excuse that they were busy that night as the reason we waited an hour and ten minutes to get our food which is foolish. The food was OK, not great but we walked out of their spending $78.00 and not feeling that were treated properly. To make a long story short, One hour and ten minutes to get our food. Finally, 9:15 food arrives and Mandy again uses the excuse that the restaurant is busy tonight. We are all starving but could only humor ourselves while we wait and wait. Mandy comes back 10 mins later to tell us our food will be coming out shortly, now 8:40. When drinks arrive we ask our server (Mandy) when we might see our food order? She replies their very busy tonight and she will check. 15 mins later salads come out, now 8:30 we order more drinks. Drinks come out and we ask for bread to hold us over until food arrives. Next, 1 place setting short, we go up and got that. Next, we were shorted 1 menu so we got up to find one. The table had a horrible wobble so we fixed that first by folding a brochure several times found at the podium. 5:30 but this was a special occasion, a birthday celebration)Told them we had reservations and the girl said she had to check the book in the back? She came back a few minutes later and seated us at a high top table 20 feet to my left. Stood there around entrance about 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. running behind arrived 7:40 walked in to see reservation podium to my left. On Saturday night had reservation for 3 7:30.
